Our team works diligently to ensure that product images, descriptions, and titles are as clear and accurate as possible. We kindly request you to review all product details carefully before placing an order. Making a purchase signifies your agreement to all our terms and policies.

Eligibility for Exchange

If you are not satisfied with our product, we offer a 72 hours exchange on all items except:

  • Tempered glass
  • Phone skins
  • Camera lens protectors
  • Items sold during sales or offers

Conditions for Exchange/Replacement:

  1. Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of product delivery. Please email us at www.folksmobiletrend@gmail.com.
  2. The product must be in its original condition (as delivered).
  3. The product must not be used, and the protective film must remain intact.
  4. The Order ID and invoice must be available.
  5. Exchanges will be approved only if the returned product passes our quality check.

Non-Qualifying Exchanges:

  • Items marked as "Sale" or purchased under "BOGO" offers are not eligible.

Eligibility for Refund

We offer a 2-days refund via store credits for all products except:

  • Tempered glass
  • Phone skins
  • Camera lens protectors
  • Items sold during sales or offers

Conditions for Refund:

  1. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of product delivery. Email us at www.folksmobiletrend@gmail.com.
  2. The product must be in its original condition (as delivered).
  3. The product must not be used, and the protective film must remain intact.
  4. The Order ID and invoice must be available.
  5. Refunds will be processed only if the returned product clears our quality check.
  6. Refunds will be transferred within 48–72 hours after the quality check.
  7. For COD orders, COD charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Qualifying Refunds:

  • Items marked as "Sale" or purchased under "BOGO" offers are not eligible.

Store Credit Terms

  1. Store credit can only be used for orders linked to your original account and cannot be transferred.
  2. Store credit will be automatically applied to purchases made on www.folksmobiletrend.com.
  3. Purchases exceeding the store credit balance will require an additional payment method.
  4. Orders between ₹399 and ₹4999 are eligible for Cash on Delivery payment.

How to Check Your Store Credit Balance:
Your store credit balance will be displayed on your account page.

Expiration:
Unused store credit expires 2 months from the date of issue.


Note:

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  1. Wrong order placement by the customer (e.g., ordering the wrong model or product).
  2. Product not as advertised.
  3. Products purchased from a local store or third-party website.
